Looking to put your welding skills to work in a hands-on, team-focused environment? Join us this spring as a Welder on 2nd shift, where you’ll contribute to creating high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Whether you’re cutting, fabricating, or repairing—your craftsmanship will help drive our production forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Read blueprints and use precise measurements to plan weld layouts
  • Set up and align materials for welding, cutting components to size using saws and grinders
  • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
  • Perform repairs by welding and filling gaps in machinery or components
  • Inspect welded structures to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Work with CAD software to assist in designing parts when needed
  • Input time and materials data into job tracking software (Epicor)
  • Coordinate with supervisors on job priorities and production scheduling
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Support other production functions as needed, including basic machine operation

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of welding experience or equivalent education
  • Familiarity with fabrication tools like saws, grinders, calipers, and rulers
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and welds
  • Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is a plus
  • Good math and data entry skills
  • Willingness to work in varying temperatures and occasionally under pressure or tight deadlines
