Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Berea, KY on 1st shift with a $16.00 per hour pay rate. This hands-on role helps keep production strong and steady while building skills and confidence each shift.

You will assist with coil handling, packaging, and shipping, verify dimensions and serialization, operate forklifts and cranes, and maintain accurate records while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills for measuring and verifying specs.
• Ability to complete production and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coil handling, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Verify product dimensions, serial numbers, and work orders for accuracy.
• Load coils onto pallets and transport materials with forklifts or cranes.
• Support recoiler, turnstile, down-tilting, and shear leveling processes.
• Move finished products to shipping areas and maintain records.
• Follow safety, quality, housekeeping, and procedures; keep work area clean.
