Job summary

Fisher Barton in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a General Manufacturing Associate 1 to join our production team. This entry-level role offers exposure to multiple production areas including packaging, warehouse, and equipment operation, with opportunities to learn and grow.

You will work 1st shift on weekends (5am–5pm, Friday–Sunday) and perform tasks such as producing, inspecting, labeling, and recording production data while following work instructions. We value safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions.
• Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly.
• Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork.
• Enter data into computer systems on time.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas.
• May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to move materials.
