BlueScope is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload materials, assist with wrapping and stacking, and support the production line from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable around machinery, and committed to safety and quality. The position pays $19.95 per hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential and includes a comprehensive benefits

Join Our Team as a Production Associate!

We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Whether you're experienced in production or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.

Hours are Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm with some OT required.

Pay for this position is $19.95/hour and will include a $2.00/hour shift differential

What You'll Do

• Load Materials : loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc.

• Prepare and Assemble: Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools

• Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.

• Contribute to Improvement : Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

• Maintain and Organize: Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices.
