• Follow supervision instructions and work designated shifts.
• Monitor product quality and minimize product loss.
• Ensure packaging and trimming meet quality standards.
• Communicate with other departments to maintain production flow.
• Assist in training new employees when required.
• Participate in sanitation processes and GMPs/SOPs/HACCP/SQF training.
