Job summary

Calbee North America in Boardman, Oregon, is seeking a hands-on production associate for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will inspect equipment, coordinate flavoring with packaging film, and ensure seals on bags are strong while maintaining quality records.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple production teams to meet schedules. Responsibilities include training packers, troubleshooting equipment issues, and upholding OSHA/FDA/SQF standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn multiple jobs and maintain a high quality of work.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Computer skills: Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
