Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous assembly experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Strength to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate production equipment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts according to work instructions and established procedures.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to fasten, secure, and assemble products.
• Assist with reworking products and correcting minor defects when needed.
• Operate basic production equipment, including drills and riveting machines, after training.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly assembled parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record production information and complete required documentation.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.
