Job summary

Skidmore-Sales- seeks a Blending/Batching Room Associate to support production operations from batching to blending. The position starts at $20.50 per hour on a temporary 30–60 day contract, with potential priority candidacy for regular roles if vacancies arise.

You must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, operate blending equipment, maintain GMP/SQF standards, and perform sanitation. The role is based in our on-site blending room with office hours Monday–Friday and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of company policies, including GMPs and safety policies.
• Familiarity with HACCP and SQF requirements.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Complete all production operations from batching to blending procedures.
• Notify Quality and Safety Coordinator or Blending Manager of repairs or adjustments.
• Perform Basic Sanitation Functions.
• Adhere to HACCP and SQF requirements and report any issues to Food Safety Manager or management.
• Identify and record problems relating to Food Safety and Quality of materials, processes or safety systems; take corrective action.
• Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product until corrected.
