Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring a Production Associate for the Guardian Glass facility in Richburg, SC. This is a full-time position with a 90-day probation, offering a pay rate of $18.00 per hour on rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights).

The role involves learning multiple tasks, supporting operators, and contributing to safe, efficient production. Ideal candidates are prepared for a hot and noisy environment, able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, and capable of lifting

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work in hot, humid, and dusty industrial environments.
• Willing to work any shift, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect and hang glass on tongs and place spares in storage racks.
• Assist or operate various glass manufacturing equipment safely to meet production goals.
• Perform cleanup duties and support team members as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership potential within the shift.
