Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience required.
• Certified forklift operator or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to safely operate basic machinery and tools.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Pull and combine ingredients to create quality customer blends.
• Monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot minor production and quality issues.
• Operate bagging equipment and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate crushing and screening systems to produce raw materials.
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain organized and safe work areas.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
