Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Tucson, AZ. The role involves building, packing, and moving products with a steady schedule and benefits. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Forklift certification is preferred, with safety and teamwork emphasized. The role offers a 6:30am-4:30pm shift, Wednesday through Saturday, a $19.00 per hour pay rate, and opportunities for advancement within a safety-focused manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Pull and combine ingredients to create quality blends.
• Monitor production processes and maintain product quality.
• Troubleshoot minor production and quality issues.
• Operate bagging equipment and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate crushing and screening systems to produce raw materials.
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain organized, safe work areas.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
