Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety systems are functioning and the work area is safe at all times.
• Follow standardized processes and procedures daily.
• Use Standardized Work to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain polyvalence by training for multiple roles and being aware of job rotations.
• Ensure product quality by identifying, analyzing, and reworking defects when necessary.
• Take proactive action in problem-solving with a practical understanding of issues.
• Support production by reinforcing the line when a team member is absent or additional support is needed.
• Encourage continuous improvement ideas and actively participate in implementing solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and tidiness of the work area.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager, Supervisor, and Coordinator to manage job rotations and daily operations effectively.
