Job summary

Staffmark Group in Alabaster, AL is seeking a Production Associate for a 6am-4:30pm shift. You will operate and monitor production equipment, inspect outputs, and help keep work areas clean and safe. This role offers hands-on involvement in manufacturing and daily performance goals.

Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with manufacturing training beneficial. Prior production experience is helpful but not required; a positive, teachable attitude is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.

• Package and prepare finished materials for shipment.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures.
• Support team members and contribute to efficient operations.
