About the Role: What will you do?

As a member of our retread team, you will help extend the life of tires through processes such as:

1. Inspecting tires for retread suitability
2. Buffing the casing to remove worn tread
3. Removing embedded objects, rust, and repairing casings
4. Repairing casings with rubber cement or patches
5. Applying new tread to build the tire
6. Curing the tire for retread application
7. Performing final inspections for safety and quality
