About the Role: What will you do?

As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road. Your support will involve various stages of the retread process:

  1. Inspect tires to determine if they can be retreaded
  2. Buff the casing to remove worn tread
  3. Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
  4. Repair the casing with rubber cement or a patch before applying new tread
  5. Build the tire by applying new tread
  6. Cure the tire to mold the retread application
  7. Perform final inspection to ensure safety and quality
