  • Assemble door packages according to customer specifications, production schedules, and quality standards.
  • Review work orders to identify required materials, components, and assembly instructions.
  • Inspect door frames and components before, during, and after assembly to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Verify all parts are correctly installed and identify missing or defective components.
  • Operate within assigned workstation on the production line and maintain production goals.
  • Follow safety policies, procedures, and best practices while promoting a safe work environment.
  • Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure customer satisfaction and shipment readiness.
  • Support cross-training opportunities and assist with other production duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $20.38 per hour
Schedule: Weekend/5AM to 5:30PM, Friday-Saturday-Sunday

Job Duties

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to use basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, and calculations.
  • Experience using hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand for up to 10+ hours on a concrete production floor.
  • Frequent use of hands, tools, and repetitive assembly motions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 30+ pounds at waist and overhead levels.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, walking, and visual inspection of products.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
