Safewaze, a leading fall protection equipment manufacturer, seeks a production associate to join its team. You will operate an automatic sewing machine, read workmanship standards, and collaborate with colleagues to assemble or sew products.

The role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency, with first shift hours Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm and Friday 6am-2:30pm; requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Familiarity with basic model shop tools, sewing machines and procedures.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend workmanship standards, verbal instructions.
• Operate an automatic sewing machine.
• Check output to ensure the highest quality.
• Work with other members of the production team to assemble or sew products using an automatic sewing machine.
• Assemble or package product as necessary.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
