Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate for an onsite role in Bloomington, MN. Start immediately with a contract-to-hire path and $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, plus weekly pay and benefits. You will follow routes, apply adhesives, operate conveyors, and train toward operator certification.

• Apply adhesives and sealants using appropriate tools.
• Operate conveyor machines to load panels.
• Inspect work to IPC standards.
• Enter and move work orders using Paradigm.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train in other production areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Work toward becoming a certified operator.

Responsibilities
