Job summary

Circuit Spring, LLC is seeking a versatile manufacturing Associate to learn every part of the PCB production floor, from materials handling to assembly, logistics, and quality checks. You’ll gain cross-trained experience across processes and contribute to a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate has some PCB assembly background and a strong interest in expanding experience across all production areas, with soldering being a preferred skill.

Qualifications

• Support all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Assemble transducer sub-assemblies using written assembly procedures.
• Complete post-assembly cleaning and inspection of transducers.
• Prepare assemblies for post-inspection washing and operate the PCA wash process.
• Use written test procedures to functionally test PCAs.
• Prepare, serialize, and pack PCAs for shipping following standard processes.
• Ensure all necessary shipping documents are accurately completed.
• Review packing slip for shipping instructions to create shipment electronically with designated carrier.
• Receive incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders or invoices.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to management.
• Preferred: Soldering experience
