Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Trim Trac Operator in Winder, GA. You will set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation, supporting our pallet manufacturing process.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, ability to lift ~50 lbs, and a willingness to work overtime. Competitive hourly pay and shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, are offered in a team-driven environment.

Overview

As a Trim Trac Operator, you’ll get to setup our builders for success by setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation! You’ll be a vital piece of our pallet manufacturing process, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to fill this role!

Hourly Pay:

$15.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets


• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations


• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis


• Ability to work overtime as needed

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED


• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis


• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred


• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality


• Ability to communicate effectively


• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
