Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Associates to understand all aspects of jobs.
• Manage the production schedule and assign painters to projects.
• Communicate with residential customers after the sale.
• Ensure all non-sales aspects of projects are complete and ready for production, including assisting with color selection, HOA approvals, and managing project delays.
• Determine quantities and order paint for projects.
• Hand off jobs to painters when Sales Associates are unavailable.
• Ensure painters provide daily updates on current projects.
• Track paint, materials, equipment, painter hours, and purchases; cost jobs and bill customers.
• Perform quality assurance site visits, ensure jobsite cleanliness, and that painters are properly branded.
• Handle customer callbacks and complaints.
• Schedule and manage warranties.
• Assist with recruiting painters, carpenters, stucco masons, and other trades.
• Cost jobs.
• Perform general office duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance; travel to and from job sites as needed.
