Job summary

Masonite is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations in the door components manufacturing process. You will rotate positions, perform general tasks, and emphasize safety while learning on the job.

No experience is required; a HS Diploma or GED is preferred. You must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen and be able to lift up to 40 pounds while standing for long shifts.

Job description

Shift: 6:30:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM, Monday - Thursday. If overtime is required, contractors will work on Fridays
Interview: A site tour will be conducted to approve offers.

Overview

A Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door components manufacturing process. Production Associates are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in a variety of venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success. Working safely is a key skill needed in this position.

• Excellent attendance must be reliable and punctual
