Job Summary:

As a Production Associate, you will be trained to operate various machines including grommet machines, packing machines, and industrial sewing machines. You will also be trained on computers to ensure compliance with packing and quality instructions to meet expectations. You must follow company safety rules and regulations, which will be provided in person and via the app. This role requires bending, lifting, standing, stooping, squatting, reaching, and walking for up to 12 hours a day. Lifting 30-50 pounds may be required.

Your schedule is Monday through Thursday with mandatory overtime as needed. Overtime schedules will be posted every Wednesday. You will receive a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks.

Location & Compensation:

• Location: Manchester, TN
• Salary: $15/hr
• Work Hours: Variable

Dress Code:

• Randstad T-shirts must be worn Monday - Thursday. Work-appropriate shirts can be worn on Friday-Sunday. T-shirts will be deducted from your paycheck.
• All T-shirts must be tucked into pants. No profane or suggestive texts/images.
• Enclosed shoes with rubber soles are required; steel-toed shoes are not mandatory.
• No necklaces, bracelets, or watches allowed.
• Long hair must be tied up off the neck by at least 2 inches.
• Pants should be without holes or rips. Shorts, if permitted, should be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee. Confirm with your supervisor about shorts in your area.
