Randstad USA is urgently hiring dependable production associates for short-term mandates in Frankfort, KY. This on-site role requires strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and the ability to adapt to different shifts.

You will load materials, perform quick inspections, and ensure continuous material flow on the line. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of following detailed work instructions, and comfortable working in high-quality production environments with a strong safety

Your responsibilities:

• Process adherence: strictly follow standard operating procedures (sops) and detailed work instructions to ensure consistent product quality and process compliance.
• Machine tending: safely load materials into production equipment and remove finished products after the cycle.
• Quality control: perform routine, systematic in-process visual inspections and use basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers) to ensure components meet specifications.
• Material staging: ensure the production line is continuously supplied with necessary raw materials and components, staging finished goods for the next step.
• Adaptability: quickly integrate into different production teams and machinery setups for various short-term mandates.
