Job summary

Randstad USA in South Windsor, CT is seeking a production associate to support manufacturing operations on a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shift. You will follow SOPs, load and unload materials, perform basic in-process inspections, and stage finished goods for the next steps.

Ideal candidates value safety and accuracy, can switch between different lines, and will contribute to a compliant, quality-driven work environment.

• Process adherence: strictly follow SOPs and detailed work instructions to ensure consistent product quality and process compliance.
• Machine tending: safely load materials into production equipment and remove finished products after the cycle.
• Quality control: perform routine, systematic in-process visual inspections and use basic measurement tools to ensure components meet specifications.
• Material staging: ensure the production line is continuously supplied with necessary raw materials and components, staging finished goods for the next step.
• Adaptability: quickly integrate into different production teams and machinery setups for various short-term mandates.
