Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to work in a production environment, processing and sorting donated items per quality standards to place items on the sales floor. You will price, tag, and stock merchandise while maintaining an organized appearance and providing excellent customer service.
The role may involve different areas such as hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, books, or shoes.
* Please Note: This position will be posted through 7/20/26. Full‑time positions are available. Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM required hours. Pay: $15.95 per hour.*
This position will work to process donated items into inventory to be sold in our Stores and will interact with customers while stocking the sales floor. Excellent customer service skills are a must! This position works in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
Our Retail Centers are open 9 AM – 9 PM Mondays through Saturdays and 9 AM – 8 PM Sundays.

The Associate I, Retail Production will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and is expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. The Associate may be assigned to various areas that they have been trained in to include hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes per the business needs. This position may occasionally work in donations.
