Job summary

Anodyne Surgical is seeking dependable, hands‑on individuals to join our General Manufacturing team in a training‑friendly environment. You’ll be cross‑trained across processes used to manufacture precision medical devices, with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, a climate‑controlled workplace, and opportunities to grow and learn multiple manufacturing processes within a privately owned,

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small, precision medical device components.
• Perform detailed work using microscopes or similar equipment.
• Operate equipment used for buffing, grinding, drilling, and other manufacturing processes.
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure parts.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to meet specifications.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Learn and cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

As part of our General Manufacturing team, you'll be cross-trained in a variety of processes used to manufacture precision medical devices. Depending on the area, responsibilities may include:

• Assemble and inspect small, precision medical device components
• Perform detailed work using microscopes or similar equipment
• Operate equipment used for buffing, grinding, drilling, and other manufacturing processes
• Use measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals
• Learn and become cross-trained in multiple manufacturing processes

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We're willing to train individuals who are dependable, coachable, and eager to learn

Pay

$16-$20/hour, based on experience
