Job summary

Kelly Services in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the 1st shift. You will assemble single-use microsurgical instruments and follow SOPs, read instructions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure quality.

The temporary, 6-month role offers $18/hr with overtime on Fridays as needed. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, some manufacturing or small parts assembly experience, and good English reading/writing skills, with work conducted under a microscope.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience or experience with small parts assembly
• Stable work history
• Ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers; follow instructions; use fixed gauges and direct reading instruments
• Ability to work using a microscope is preferred; training provided
• English communication skills (verbal and written)

Monday – Thursday- 5:30am until 4:00pm.
Monday – Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm
Monday – Thursday 5:45am to 4:15pm

• Pay Rate: $18/hr
  
• 6month assignment
  
• (OT on Fridaysas needed.)

Job Duties:

• Assemble single usemicrosurgical instrumentsused in minimally invasive surgeries, primarily in the fields of ophthalmology and neurology
  
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions.
  
• Collaborate with other employees.
  
• Ensuring product meets all acceptable criteria per SOPs
  
• Following all FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety procedures
  
• Practicing good housekeeping

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma
  
• Previous manufacturing experience or experience with small parts assembly.
  
• Stable work history required.
  
• Ability to read and write, add and subtract whole numbers; follow instructions; use fixed gauges, direct reading instruments and similar devices; where interpretation is not required.
  
• Ability to work using a microscope is preferred- training provided..
  
• The ability to communicate proficiently in English verbally and in writing is required.
  
• Reliable transportation required, no bus line offered.
