Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to support donation processing, customer service, and material handling in a fast-paced retail environment. You will load and unload donated items, assist with sorting and pricing, and help maintain clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers by greeting and accepting donations at donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods, including furniture, using a hand truck onto or from pallets, racks or shelves.
• Sort donated goods for processing and distribution, and assist in pricing or tagging when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Assist in stocking and restocking materials and supplies; report hazards to leadership.
