Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience required (6 months to 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional donor and customer service at donation stations; issue receipts and sort donated goods.
• Load, unload, and move donated items using a hand truck; assist in processing and routing materials.
• Support teammates with supplies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist in inventory control and pricing of donated items as directed by supervisors.
