Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check and a drug test.
• Capacity to read, speak, and understand English for effective communication and safety adherence.
