TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Production Associate in Dublin, VA to support manufacturing and packaging operations. You will inspect products, handle materials, measure and count items, and follow strict quality and safety protocols to ensure consistent production output.

You will work 12-hour shifts in a dynamic environment, collaborating with operators and quality teams while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and accurate labeling for traceability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a production environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug screenings as required by policy.

Responsabilités

• Inspect products for quality, identifying flaws or discrepancies, and making necessary machine adjustments.
• Handle and remove products or materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and count all products and materials as part of production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with operators and quality assurance teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow specific packing specifications, adapting as required to ensure efficient and accurate packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, adhering to good manufacturing practices.
• Use correct labeling for each product to ensure accountability and traceability within the production process.
