Stored Energy Concepts (SEC) is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate I to join our growing Operations team. This hands-on manufacturing position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with small components, precision tools, and detailed assembly processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years manufacturing/assembly experience encouraged.
• Ability to pass ATF background check.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components and finished products in a production environment.
• Use hand tools such as tweezers and pliers to perform detailed assembly work.
• Operate precision equipment including stereo microscopes, gravimetric scales, industrial air presses, and epoxy dispensers.
• Follow process travelers, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
