Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality specs.
• Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality.
• Package finished goods for shipment following procedures.
• Load and unload materials and move inventory in the production area.
• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Keep workstations organized and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Follow all PPE requirements and safety policies.
• Support production goals by meeting productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

• Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.

What You Will Be Doing

The Production Associate III is responsible for safely and efficiently performing manufacturing and assembly operations to produce high-quality products that meet company standards and customer expectations. This role supports daily production activities by operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting finished products, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of experience
