Magnaflow in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Production Associate III to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble products, operate production equipment, inspect finished goods, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience, strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and reliable attendance to help us meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality specifications.
• Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Package finished goods for shipment following company procedures.
• Load and unload materials and move inventory throughout the production area.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns.
• Keep workstations organized and maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S principles.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
