Job summary

Ventek Solutions in Findlay, OH, is hiring a Production Associate II – 1st Shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm, Mon–Fri) with a starting wage of $20.34 per hour. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and a strong work ethic.

You will work with multiple teams to assemble, pack, inspect, and move parts while maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced production setting. Overtime, Saturday work, and adherence to quality standards are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with various teams and spot defects on the packing line.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime on Saturdays and in ambient temperatures.
• Proven dependability and ability to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Inspect finished parts and report quality defects.
• Coordinate with processing and quality teams to ensure standards.
• Operate in a high-speed packing line while following safety procedures.
• Report to the Shift Supervisor and follow Ventek quality policies.
