Ventek Solutions is hiring a Production Associate II for the 1st shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm) at the Findlay, OH plant. This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a starting wage of $20.34 per hour.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, productivity and a strong work ethic across the manufacturing floor. Responsibilities include assembling, packing, boxing, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new skills and work with others in a team.
• Physical labor required in ambient temperatures.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Overtime availability, typically Saturdays.

Position:Production Associate II (1st Shift)

Location: Findlay, OH

Ventek Solutions, headquartered near Charleston, South Carolina, is a newly established entity following its acquisition by Black Diamond Capital Management (BDCM) from Sonoco Corporation. Ventek operates across 8 manufacturing facilities located in the US and Mexico. Our Mission is to be the premier foam molder and integrated solutions provider in North America, serving a wide range of markets with molded foam components and protective packaging, including returnable and integrated material solutions.

Ventek Solutions is recruiting for a Production Associate II – 1st Shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm Monday – Friday) at our integrated materials plant in Findlay, OH. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the starting wage is $20.34 / hour. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are important to Ventek Solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe working environment. Safety is your #1 priority.
• Pack boxes according to instructions.
• Removes finished parts from press; visually inspects to assure quality; move parts to designated area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to work in a fast past environment
• Report any quality defects to quality, processing team or supervisor
• Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
• Performing all duties in support of Ventek’s quality and safety policies.

• Must be willing to work overtime (typically Saturday’s only)
• Must be able to work in ambient temperatures.
