Job summary

Ventek Solutions, LLC, located in Findlay, OH, is hiring a Production Associate II for the 1st shift (6:45 am – 3:15 pm, Monday–Friday). Starting wage is $20.34 per hour, with emphasis on safety, quality, productivity and a strong work ethic.

You’ll work with multiple teams to spot defects on the packing line and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for assembly, packing, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Able to work in ambient temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, pack, close and stack boxes.
• Maintain a safe working environment; safety is a priority.
• Pack boxes according to instructions.
• Visually inspect produced parts and report quality defects.
• Move finished parts to designated areas.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Support Ventek’s quality and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Adapt to everyday changes in tasks.
