Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc is seeking a production worker to handle materials such as rubber, stretch cord, and packing within one department. The role includes selecting processes from prescribed rules, reading specs, and verifying measurements with a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Uses a tape measure to determine length cuts and checks measurements for accuracy.
• Performs bench-type processes to complete material assemblies and sub-assemblies with hand, electrical, and pneumatic tools.
• Packs finished goods into correct packages and places on pallets.
• Notifies supervisor of mechanical, material, or safety issues.
