Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load and move materials, operate packaging equipment, and follow GMP across shifts.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies in a loud production environment. On-site role with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Package materials and finished products accurately.
• Load, move and stage materials and bottles on the production floor.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies.
• Monitor conveyors and clear jams from lines as needed.
• Inspect bottles for quality; report abnormalities and defects.
• Keep work area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Assist with labeling and moving finished goods to designated areas.
