Job summary

AAF International is hiring a Production Associate I in Washington, NC. You will assemble filters by inserting media into frames and securing them, while ensuring frames are square and pleat counts meet specifications.

• Produce quality filters that meet company specifications in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble filters - put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.
• Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).
• Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
• Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).
• Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.

Knowledge/Experience

• 6 months' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
