Bailey International is seeking a Production Associate I to support daily manufacturing, including assembly, packing, painting, or saw operation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience, with preference for prior production work.

Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime or weekends as needed. This weekend-shift position (Friday–Sunday, 5:30am–6pm) offers a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Job Summary

The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment, performing duties such as assembly, packing, painting, or saw operation. This position works independently and as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area.A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of work experience required. Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred. Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

This position is for Weekend Shift. Friday - Sunday 5:30am - 6pm.

Job Responsibilities

A Production Associate I is responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Works in one of the designated roles: Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, Packer
• Performs the necessary duties of a packer
• Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
• Interprets instructions and responds to management’s direction
• Maintains safety rules throughout shift
• Follows all safety practices and guidelines while working including keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards
• Understands production workflow processes
• Selects and uses appropriate equipment, supplies and tools

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of work-related experience

Preferred

Experience in a production environment preferred

• Works autonomously and collaboratively in a fast past environment while maintaining a professional and upbeat attitude
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
