The Production Associate I is responsible for sorting and preparing merchandise for sale in a retail store to support the organizations mission. Follows established guidelines as outlined in the Retail Operations Standard Operating procedures manual (ROSOP) in producing merchandise on a daily basis. Production Associates will assist in other areas of need in store setup, facility appearance/maintenance, production or recycling related duties. Serves as a role model for all employees, promoting teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills) :

• Will be trained on-the-job.
• Must be able to work without close supervision and capable of making simple discretionary decisions.
• Must be honest and dependable.
• Ability to meet quality and selection processes as outlined.

Physical / Mental Demands :

Medium lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, reaching, pushing (up to 25 pounds frequently), standing, bending, hearing, speaking, walking, pulling, stooping, fingering, seeing, good eyesight and color vision.

Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm Monday-Friday. We pay bi-weekly and the rate of pay is $11.00 per hour.
