Paramont Mfg LLC is hiring full-time Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Abingdon, VA. Entry-level roles involve Trimming, Bonding, Prep/Paint, and Packaging across multiple stages of production.

Safety-sensitive positions require standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs; PPE is provided and a training program on 1st shift precedes rotation to assigned schedules. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required but strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow established work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools after training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect molded parts and remove excess material to meet quality standards; operate hand and power tools.
• Bond and assemble molded components using adhesives and other hand tools to produce durable parts.
• Prepare products for final inspection by sanding, cleaning, masking, and painting.
• Package finished products, inspect shipments, and operate packaging equipment; forklift certification as needed.
