Job summary

Paramont Mfg LLC is seeking entry-level Production Associates for Bonding and Prep/Paint on 1st shift. Training will be provided before transition to scheduled shifts; PPE is supplied and safety procedures are taught to ensure quality workmanship.

Positions require standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs in a loud, dusty environment with odors. Pay is $21.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required but strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow established work instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools after training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bonding: build strength and assemble molded components using adhesives, cleaning materials, routers, drills, and hand tools to produce durable parts.
• Prep/Paint: prepare products for final inspection, surface preparation, minor cosmetic repairs, sanding, cleaning, masking, and painting; move product racks as needed.
