Job summary

Koozie Group is hiring Production Associates to manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare customized promotional products for shipment. You’ll help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while meeting quality standards.

We offer seasonal and full-time permanent roles with pay differentials and potential for end-of-season bonuses. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Manufacturing Orders to meet specs.
• Inspect products for quality, clarity of print and color accuracy.
• Package finished products for shipment.

• Maintain organized work area and inventory.
• Assist with routine machine cleaning and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and report concerns.

Job Summary

Production Associates are customer-focused team members who help ensure every order meets Koozie Group's quality standards. In this role, you'll help manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare customized promotional products for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do

Read and follow Manufacturing Orders to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Inspect products for quality, print clarity, color accuracy, and defects.

Package finished products according to shipping requirements.

Prepare orders accurately for shipment.

Complete production logs and other required documentation.

Maintain an organized work area and inventory.

Assist with routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and changeovers.

Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and report concerns promptly.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and math skills).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods.

Reach, bend, twist, and grasp throughout the shift.

Frequently lift40–45 pounds, with team lifts for heavier items.

Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends as business needs require.
