Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in manufacturing, plus ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery/equipment.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexible for overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Assist mill operators and operate side loaders as assigned.
• Follow safety rules and quality procedures.
• Safely use power tools and banding equipment.
• Label parts and quantities, and attach identification tags.
• Suggest cost-saving ideas to improve productivity.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and participate in teamwork.
