Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking reliable production associates for a fast-paced order fulfillment environment. You will stand on an assembly line for the full shift, in a cold area around 40 degrees, performing material loading, boxing, pushing products, and pallet stacking as directed.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety, ability to work overtime and weekends, and reliable commute.

Job Description

This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for the entire shift in a cold environment. (40 Degrees) Depending on where an associate is located on the assembly line they could be asked to load the line with material, glue boxes, push products, stack pallets, and anything else required by leadership. Associates must also maintain a safe and clean area.

• Must be able to work well with others, take direction from leadership, and maintain a safe and clean area

Site-Specific Special Requirements

• Must wear steel-toe footwear
• Must be willing to wear PPE like safety glasses.
• Must have the ability to withstand the cold (40 degrees) for 8 - 10 hours
• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be available for weekends
