Job summary

Independent Stave Company is hiring for full-time Manufacturing Associates on all shifts at Kentucky Cooperage in Marion County. You will help craft world-class barrels for customers in 40+ countries, cross-train into varied roles, and work toward production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with incentive-based pay based on output and quality. We offer weekly pay and a range of benefits to support employees.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Serious about safety and quality
• Ability to understand instructions, written and oral.
• A team player - the ability to work cooperatively with other people to achieve a common goal
