This full-time, on-site position offers growth opportunities within a manufacturing environment. You will support kitting, inventory, and material handling, read work orders, and adhere to safety guidelines while contributing to team quotas and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• May be responsible for the kitting process.
• May maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
• Transport product, parts, and materials by forklift, pallet jack, or crane.
• Understand and execute work orders provided by VSA’s, VSL’s or VSM’s.
• Work with departments to meet quotas and goals.
• Observe safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow shop orders and blueprints.
• Able to use basic hand tools and read tape measure.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.

• Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.
